If you are outside the EU, the UK and the United States, including in the United Arab Emirates and the rest of the Middle East, our Privacy Policy applies in full, together with any data-protection law of your country.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, restrict or object to a use of it, and delete your account. You can do most of this yourself in the app, and the rest through our contact form. Where your local law gives you further rights, such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, we apply them.
Where your data is stored
SkyLara’s servers are in Germany, and some service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. We use them only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and under their data-processing terms.
Governing law
Our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, without removing any mandatory protection that the law of your country gives you.
