If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 give you the rights below. START TECH WEB DESIGN is the controller for your SkyLara account data; each dropzone is the controller for the records it keeps about you.
Why we are allowed to use your data
We rely on the same grounds as for EU users: contract (running your account and bookings), legitimate interests (security, fixing errors and optional product analytics), consent (device permissions and the health details you choose to add) and legal obligation (accounting records).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict its use, and to object to uses based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. We answer within one month.
Where your data is stored
SkyLara’s servers are in Germany, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection. Transfers to service providers in other countries, including the United States, are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or other lawful safeguards in the providers’ data-processing terms.
